@MorticiaAdams me too! Ugh I’m doing everything and there is no steady loss. Going to my endocrinologist the end of the month and see what she says. Nothing works. I starve I do t lose. I eat a candy car and lose. I know sugar speeds up your metabolism, but that’s only temporary. I hope you find your way too my friend. It’s a struggle. 🌈🌈 

Thanks. I have R.A. and diabetes and am older so I know that cards are stacked against me but I won't give up.
