Yippie another 200 grams bites the dust, I wonder if a fifth of a kilo sounds heavier 😂🤣😂

Last night on Instagram (the place of all knowledge) I did actually read something that was correct. It said Weight lost is fast, whilst Fat loss is slow. This is 100% correct for mine.

Over years, make that decades of testing, I wholeheartedly concur with that sentiment. Therefore I am glad to drop 200g as I would like to believe that it was predominantly fat. Well that’s my story and I’m sticking to it 🤣😂🤣
