I'm really amazed at the weight loss this week, I haven't eaten well all week and did some stress eating due to being in a car wreck on Wednesday and in the ER all day yesterday. I'm OK, just muscle strain from the impact, I pretty much hurt all over. This is just another bad thing that I had no control over. I am going to get back to my healthy eating and not let stress eating and depression derail me like in the past.
