Feeling very happy about today's weigh in! I really wanted to make it below 180 by this morning. I would have been happy with 179.9 pounds so 178.4 is even better :D
Tomorrow a couple of my good friends are getting married. I have promised that I would take a day off from dieting to REALLY enjoy myself. I plan on eating as responsibly as possible, but I am sure there will be a lot of drinks to be had... I'm looking forward to it, but I also don't want to ruin the progress I have been making!
