If they're overindulging yesterday in too many snacks I was glad to see after a workout and a morning constitutional I actually weigh a little bit less than I was yesterday. I have to make sure to hit the gym every day this week. I'm going away for about 5 days at the end of the week so it'll be rough sticking to my strict diet regimen. But I'll do the best that I can.
