Some bad food decisions yesterday. Asked the guy in the cafeteria if the meatloaf only had beef in it and he said yes (apparently meaning it was the only type of meat in the meatloaf) so I ordered some with asparagus for lunch. Realized after my first bite that there were bread crumbs in it too – but went ahead and ate most of it anyway. Then for dinner went out with some friends (changing the restaurant at the last minute) and the only thing I could eat on the menu was a tuna sashimi salad, which was good but not filling at all. Anyhow, it doesn’t look like it has affected my weigh-in today – but need to redouble my efforts in the future.

Dude, you're doing great progress. I'm glad to see you're accomplishing your mission. Don't worry about an occasional "slip-up" (not sure this really qualifies as a slip-up), it's the long haul that really counts - and you seem to be doing good.
