Well here I am the day after a 5-day vacation. I have to say I did pretty well. I maintained my weight within about a pound. We did a ton of walking while we were away so I guess that helped. I was also lucky enough to be able to cook for myself at almost every meal. So I stuck to my diet as closely as possible. I did allow myself a few more snacks than normal though. Now today we get back to the strict diet regimen and back to the gym.
