Decided that I cannot wait until the summer holidays are over and somehow I’m going to have to try and make healthy eating work even during holidays. My mum is staying with us and I put on 6lb in one week since she has arrived :(

My mum is a feeder; cooking and caring is her love language. It’s hard to go against a lifetime of expectations but you can do it!

Thank you; yes it is tricky for sure! I know it comes from a good place and I do the same with my family it’s just that my children and husband are naturally slim no matter how much they eat and sadly I don’t have the same genes. I need to learn that I can still eat things but focus on smaller portions.
