Well got in two days at the gym. Changed my psych medication and it seems to be working better than Paxil. Funny how life is with so many chemicals including in food. Not sure what I am doing right but happy it is working. Going back down. Now 315 here I come. Then 290! Gonna take 19 weeks. Ruck up they use to say in the service. Have a great week end. keep the faith and keep praying.
