I have been fatigued and grouchy all week. I'm cutting out all coffee again, even though it's just decaf. It will be interesting to see if that's messing with my sleep and energy level. I have not been feeling quite as energetic as I was a few months ago.

I can't drink anything caffeinated any more and I've found that I do have a bit more energy at a more constant level.

If you have low blood sugar, I think caffeine does aggravate it. That might be why coffee is messing with you.
