Been below 100% of my recommended caloric intake. Granted it's only been a couple of days again. I've got a good friend to join in with me. And for him I'm thankful. (shouts out)

I realize that I can eat anything I want IF I'm willing to pay the price for it later in the day. I may not like it later on though. Wish I had a little more local support. Convenience does come at a price. Diet sodas at home, and I do cheat when I go out and get my sweet tea at McDonald's. It's a huge vice for me. No, non-sugar sweetener won't do.
