had pork ribs at moose lodge, guy brought....donuts...to work and i caved, had a chocolate old fashion (took me half the day to eat it...) and last night before bed I was 216.9!...this morning (after half a dozen trips during the night to pee)....213.9?! ....a 12.8oz net gain.
not too bad for my indiscretions...now back on target.

picked up handlebar bag for bicycle the other day, got notice from amazon my panniers and headlight shipped...so i'll be set to try bike touring.
as for scooter, still wotrkimg out luggage, my tunnel bag from the cruiser looks like it may not work.
bug-o-rama on Sunday at Sacramento raceway, going with neighbor.

Sacramento is pretty nice area - my niece lives in the other direction - Alpine near San Diego.
