Not much out of the ordinary to report -- down a bit today and feeling good. Dropped my MIL off at the airport on Saturday and things are starting to get back to normal. Gym workouts are going well but I haven’t been really able to increase the amount of weight I am lifting. Scheduled a doctor’s appointment for next week.
