Considering I ate a whole pepperoni and chorizo pizza last Tuesday and a huge Mr Whippy with a flake.....Staying the same weight it really rather an achievement! I have run 10k this week to counteract the Pizza as much as possible....Seems it may have worked a bit ;) Promise to try harder this week - only have to lose a lb to be back in the 11stone somethings bracket :) Haven't been there in many a year! x
