Another pound done gone. I just hope it stays gone. Have not walked in 2 days, probably not today either. Lots of rain thru tomorrow. No mall's close by. Stationary bike will have to get more use. Good luck to my friends & all, here on Fatsecret.

Thanks Roienell, I was able to actually walk a mile today. It started to rain lightly before I finished, but I was close, so I kept going. I've done 2 miles on stationary bike as well. Worked out with barbells also. I have problems with my feet, but have found if I can keep walking the pain eases ( most of the time ). I always give it my best shot. Bless you too.

You are helping me too. I got a discounted rate at the YMCA and very affordable for me now. Am so excited to start the whole new thing, the gym. They have me set up on the 30th with a wellness specialist and I'll be able to do the pool also. They have Yoga also. All new life style for me... Will be glad to walk a block now out of wheel chair, to walker (still on depends on length of walk and sitting (balance) standing), and use cane for short lengths. Did what was 2 FLIGHT OF STAIRS TODAY YAHOO!!! Amazed and happy. FS Buddy keep up the good work. Amen Blessings
