Well heading down once again. Was hoping for better results. ok... 315 by next Friday. Got new tires for bike. Holding back on carbos (diabetes) and working on menu based items. Best because I am BROKE! So no pleasure items. Oh to have a nice apple fritter and coffee right about now! Keep the Faith and Keep Praying. One extra Hail Mary can release one person from Purgatory (Roman Catholic here) ... just remember this is only one God.

Don't give up the coffee!!! I couldn't live without it. Luckily i'm not picky. I don't need "good" coffee - just hot, black, and caffeinated. Keep the baby Faith .. sorry - Keep the faith baby.
