I am having a hard time with my family not understanding I am not happy with my body. Sure they understand I am fat and need to lose weight but they just don't seem to get the idea that they could help me by supporting me and not making things like my favorite cookies or a favorite meal. My mom says just eat one cookie, well mom I am a food junkie I can't eat just one cookie and I have told you this a thousand times. I realize they are not forcing the food in my mouth but I also understand I do better if its not around me
