Day 128. Down 1 pound. I like the very slow losses. I am not in a huge hurry to lose the weight as I know the slower I lose it , the better chance I have to keep it off. I am ,in the next couple of weeks, going to hit my next milestone of 50 pounds or 1/2 of my goal. Great motivation! Remember all!!! This is a marathon not a sprint race. Keep your eye on the prize one day at a time! Have a great week everyone!
