Up a bit today, but nothing to worry about. Still stressed about work – which is affecting my sleep – but other than that things are going well. I got my blood tests back from my physical and everything seems to be in order. My cholesterol (which was never really that high) is down and all other numbers are inline except for potassium which was just a touch high (likely because I was dehydrated). Doc said I just need to keep doing what I am doing.
