I have not cheated at all until yesterday. We had a big extended family gathering. People I hadn't seen in dozens of years. So I decided that on this one day I would eat whatever was served and not inflict my restrictions or concerns on anyone. It was all good. Diet resumes today. Much less damage than I feared.
