Heading in a good direction as someone who lost 100+ pounds from 4/2012 to 12/2013 and has pretty much been in maintenance since. Working on healthy eating most of the time; listening to my mind, body, and soul; being active; finding balance in life; doing what works for ME; and making sure to fulfill my needs. I find that when I listen to my body and intuition, don't overeat, and don't eat shortly before I go to sleep, I am less physically inflamed (less water retention and feel lighter). Life is good :)
