Weight fluctuating between 190 188. Not as much walking with ice and snow on ground. Trying to hit the malls not just for shopping. 7 eggs total for breakfast and lunch. Keeps me from being hungry. With dollop of sour cream some cheese and kale and radish. My new favorite meal. Been doing Netflix and knitting. Mittens hats scarves and now crocheting a sweater just for me. Pre menses migraines but not debilitating.
