I used the scale I have at home instead of being weighted at the Pro Energy centre (as you can guess, they are closed for the holidays). I gained a bit of weight, which is not very surprising.
I visited my mother during the last 2 days (her birthday is on Christmas day). I mostly ate as usual, except for some wine, a slice of yule log and banana nut cake and some pasta and potatoes in a very typical Haitian squash soup with beef stew meat and lots of other veggies... very good.
I feel a bit bloated... maybe the fact that my period will start in the next week and a half plays a role. It's unfortunate that I have a short menstrual cycle.
