Maintaining quite well, since I dropped 0.1 lb since last week. I weighed at the Pro Energy centre. My counselor told me that I don't need to weigh my food to count carbs and write down all my menu items anymore, but I stopped doing that just before the holidays anyway. It is good practice to weigh food and keep a meal journal, but I want my maintenance to be intuitive. I have a pretty good idea of how big my portions must be now, and I keep on avoiding excesses of refined sugar.
I am also very happy to have kept my waistline, since my waist size is 34 in. (86.4 cm).
Now I can go on follow-up appointments at Pro Energy once a month to make sure I still maintain. My next appointment is in 3 weeks. In the meantime, I will weigh at home once a week.
I also discovered the Dixie Diners' Club low-carb products online a few weeks ago, they are really good. In Canada, they can be ordered through Low Carb Canada and The Low Carb Grocery.
