well did pub lunch today and added no chips or pudding so I'm very happy. just have to get through tomorrows temptations and I will be very happy. I managed to also go to pizza hut on saturday and have the 500 cal pizza and limited treats and stayed within me daily calorie range. I will make it to my target

tomorrow have mates round so do a little buffet (pizzas, garlic bread and loads of goodies) I will do it for them but have a pasta salad and a slice of garlic bread so wont seem too different but save a lot of cals. my plan is leave buffet food in kitchen plate mine up and just stick my plate and not venture in kitchen till all gone. any left overs will put in a tub in fridge for kids to share after school.
