Just putting in an extra weigh-in because I thought yesterday's was maybe a little higher than it should have been, and today's kind of proves it. Also wanted to make sure that I'm not 'resting on my laurels' for the rest of this week! Feeling a lot better today anyway, I think I may have shifted that bug now, and can get on with losing weight properly again 😀

Glen, it certainly does vary. I weigh every day, and am pretty good now at guessing which way it will have gone each day!

Yay, to kicking the bug! I weigh and record daily in a small notebook that I keep in my bathroom drawer. My weight is almost always up the day after I have weight training.

Darned cough came back again! But now it's going again, for good this time, I hope! I guessed the wrong way this morning - thought weight would be up, but it was down a little 😁
