Hello, so I'm starting this program(app out) with my young niece, I have serious back/health issues and need to loose at least35 lbs . Any suggestiong(?) I have a very hard time bending and twisting.( back problems) and heart issues as well as other health issues( but I feel I can work around the issues as long as there's complete motivation , nutrition ideas and work out maint ideas.( anyone willing to help us get back to where we belong(?) my niece don't really need to lose anything I believe she needs to just tone up some(as we all do) I do not think she has any ailments that will require her to not work her body hard.
