I have a bad head cold - blah - but the good news is over the last few days I have lost 400 grams (almost a pound!) woohoo! That cheered me up this morning!!!!!

Yup sure am, even while sick - and it is working great! I basically rarely feel hungry now between meals - even if they are sometimes accidentally close to 8 - 12 hours apart! And hubby says I am getting a waist now! So exciting! Trying to up my coconut oil more...
