Weighed in and back to starting point of last week. I was careful on Saturday but lost it all on sunday with endless snacking even though it was fruit or a piece of brown toast. I didn't even sit down to eat a square meal and i had a headache all day. I went to greet my husband at the full marathon finish line and there was a truck serving small portion of Pad thai or white rice with chilli con carne made with Quorn which is meatless... I blamed the massive headache on dehydration and this new product. I did drink up water and hot ginger with lemon in the afternoon and in the eve but it did not ease up. Went for a short walk too.
This morning workout was a quick 15 mins, better than nothing... Hoping to make up for it tonight.
