Just got Mastering Metabolism book in a special offer, the stuff makes sense and I find it funny that last time I lost a lot of weight I was eating a lot of those foods but had no idea of the benefits. After a cross country move I am trying to ease into it but I am a little of afraid of being so much smaller than my giant bf if I do but then again who cares well make it work unlike the Kardashians...
