Alright alright alright ... love the line dislike the actor who says it! Got the old scale heading now in the downward level. Thank you all those that supported my past few weeks of weight gain. You have to watch what you eat and you have to get exercise. Seems easy ... harder to accomplish. So many great foods to eat!

Downward always seems to bring me happier moments than the upward trend. I think you should be proud of yourself it seems you turned the tide downward and now you can take charge and recall all the foods that one can consume. Congrats is called for Edardj.
