erery kilo seems to be a harder cookie, but when i look back, it still takes me about 8 day's per kilo, so it is all in the mind. However. I reward myselve with each kilo. and i found that the rewards are some of a moving target. My sister-in-law invited me tonight for a concert (cycle to and fro, and dance a lot when i'm there) so that was going to be my 103-kilo present. so the 102-kilo present is the horse-show, and the 101-kilo is the redecorate the entrance etc etc etc...
However, the horse-show is next week-saturday, so i have 8 days left to loose 0.9 kilo...
Better up the anties!!!
