Nearing my Weight goal (135 lbs). The hard work and persistence is paying off. I am happy about that. Now the challenge will be to maintain the 135lbs. Needed to lose in order to keep diabetes at bay and keep the heart healthy as well as Cholesterol levels. Eating unhealthy really brought havoc to my body. No more for me. As a matter of fact, I come to realize I like the whole grains, etc. better than the processed foods. Sorry I did not realize or know this earlier but know now. Happy about my change. Feel much better and I thank God for it. And I don't regret going through what I am going through now. It gave me a chance to get things right and help to fix the problem.
