shot up to 215 againand on the way back down...
hate to admit it, but I think the phentermine makes a difference, I just don't know how it has been effecting my BP and possibly eye pressure, of course it could also be the duloxetine. I hope it's not that, I really do like not having that foot sole burning, electrical jolting, night spasming middle of the night wake ups.

just hang in and if you stay within a 2-4 pound range you are doing fine... I hold extra fluid when it is so hot like this.... went on a 2 week trip and come home up 10 pounds . did not eat ANYTHING NOT LOW CARB EITHER.;,,,,so this week being home... slowly droppin back down and doing nothing different.. except...MOVING AROUND MORE... and yes meds can sure do a number on us... have a super day and hang in there buddy
