Welcome to the not eating family. I couldn't finish my breakfast. And I had not eaten since 10AM Wednesday before that. I fast 23 hours a day and eat a single meal. usually between 1200 and 1500 calories. If i can stomach that much food. What I cant fit in I replace with Coconut oil.
