Vacation set back with eating out too much. Could have been worse. Also my Fitbit died so my son helped me pick out a new Alta. So far I like it. OK so it isback to grind to lose these back and forth pounds. I hate yo yo'ing and it is my fault. I have to stay the course and be consistent.
