I'M BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK! UGH! I had lost three pounds and then I don't know what happened, i weighed myself and I am up the three pounds I lost plus more! When i began successfully losing weight and keeping it off, I had a formula that worked and I stuck with it. I do know I have been leaving too many factors to chance...not planning menus, not doing food prep and not working out...too many indulgences and not enough sacrifice. I miss everyone and i think I need to be here. I remember when I started, my password was "i want help... " I still do and I know I can get it here! Whether it be from buddies cheering me on or the regiment of logging food and workouts and being accountable for my actions! Thanks for being here Fat Secret!
