Doing well (sort of) – my cold is still holding on but at least the sore throat is gone. I did go for my workout yesterday but kept the intensity much lighter than normal. Other than that, I stuck pretty close to home except for a short excursion to the store to pick up a pair of jeans for my trip to Cannon Beach later this week (my old 46” waist jeans were not going to work on my new 36” waist).

I am back to work today. About 80% of the office is out on vacation so it is pretty quiet – but there is some work I need to catch up on so I need to be here.
