We can all see why I havn't weighed in lately...it has been a stressful time at work and home....I handle stress by eating...I have to learn a new way to handle stress.

I have 2 new years resolutions
1. To eat healthier
2. To get enough sleep.

I know that those areas are a big problem for me right now.
I am starting this morning, although sleep doesn't look to good for me right now.
Last night friends who are in a band played close to where I live...so of course I went to see them. I got home at 3 am....New Years and all. Then a few hours later...I get a call my opening manager didn't show up for work, and there was no one there...I called her she didn't answer, so I had to get dressed to open the store...It is a slippery mix of snow and rain, and the roads were icy. About half way there I get a call from that manager, she was in a cab and on her way. So I tried to go back to sleep but no luck....So after about 3 hours of sleep...here I am...my resolutions not looking so good. I am going to read the paper, and I hope that soon, the adrenalin rush I felt to get me up and out in a hurry will wear off, and I can go back to sleep.
