So pleased to see 18 stones on the scale again. Losing another 6 pounds this week means that I'm now lighter than I was 8 years ago when I lost a lot of weight. Not in such good shape fitness wise, but I can focus on that in a few weeks when I finish my VLCD plan. Clothes are now having on me. I tried to wear a 20 inch collar shirt to an interview this week and it looked ridiculous. Have bagged up all of my big shirts and a couple of suits to go in the loft. So much money wasted!
