Another milestone weigh in today. I've now lost 7 stones since April this year. Can't quite believe it. I am tantalisingly close to that magic 100lb drop! Feeling good. Blood pressure normal. Just two weeks left on the VLCD. Praying that the weight continues to drop off and this miraculous transformation continues... I didn't think that I'd lose so much this week as I've been under the weather, but kept drinking water and a few pounds fell off in the last couple of days.
