Failing drasticly at this diet thing :( It's been how many years of dieting, compulsive eating, overeating, no balance. Whenever I lose, I stop and go back to my old ways. :( I cant do it anymore. I have no idea how I'm going to get my head straight again. One moment its straight, the next moment Im eating 3 muffins. My suiker is deur die dak :(
