Finally!! I was absolutely dreading this weigh-in and I am so so happy! This week I stopped drinking protein drinks, and I reduced the amount of beans in my diet (beans are an essential part of my diet plan, but I had been eating far more than was necessary).
Today was also the last weigh in before my fitaversary on October 5th! I am so thrilled to have lost 89 pounds in a year!!!!

95,7 kg Perdidos até agora: 40,4 kg .    Ainda faltam: 23,1 kg .    Dieta cumprida: Razoavelmente Bem.
