Two weeks to go until competition. At 205.6 and goal by next week is to be around 201. Then two days of 600+ grams of carbohydrates to pull weight back up to 205....then showtime! Beginning Saturday, sodium goes to a minimum and reduce fluid intake to begin drying out. Trying to keep carbs at 35 or less. Yesterday went over on carbs due to eating two Quest bars. Those are now out until after the competition. Currently at 6% body fat and on track to be around 3.5% to 4% by the competition. Can't wait for after the competition to dive into some of those Harvest Grain and Nut pancakes from IHOP. Yes, nuclear waste for food but will be back at it the following day.
