You've done incredibly well - you must be really pleased. I take it you're now working towards a maintenance phase once the final couple of pounds are achieved to hit your target. Have you got a plan in place?

Hi Phooka, I think I'll be counting calories for the next year until I feel comfortable with my portion sizes and that I'm not eating too much. I'm surprising myself at the moment with how much I can eat and still be in calorie deficit. If I can lose another half a stone by Christmas I'll be delighted.
