GREAT work! 

Thanks XssX! I will not be denied! I have people at work telling me now (after 10 months) that "I am getting too skinny, losing too much. I should just stop and work out more!" Psshh! They can eat it! They have nothing good to say, when I was big, when I am getting smaller, still negativity! Good thing I don't give a rats ass about their opinion! These people are still Military, I converted to civilian 20 years ago, but I can guarantee I can surpass them in the 2 mile run now! I feel better than ever!
