had weigh in at lunch at clinic...up.
need to rethink just what it is I've stuffing in my mouth, from a low of 206 to this dirigible (ie zeppelin-like, and not the band)size...
besides, I didn't keep any fat clothes and I'm not doing to buy any either.

i was holding a hiking pants the other day, and the sizes where chinese... im not sure anyone with any muscles could ever fit them. but anyway, the only pants i could fit was the xl-men's size... i cried in the changing room, then put the damned thing away. my size is not xl-men (anymore) I'm a slightly overweight womans-size (44-46EU) but the mere fact i was considering buying the xl... NEVER AGAIN!!!!
