WK 1/Rec 7 Yay! Reached my final target of 9 stone 12 (138 lbs). I reset the target pointer at the right level yesterday, so now I have all the pretty colours. The real challenge for me will be to try to stay in the blue area. Arms and legs are about right, but I need to do some exercises to work on the tummy area. First bothered about weight loss when I reached 12 stone, so overall I've lost 2 stone 2 lbs. Very pleased, but I know I'm likely to put weight back on over Christmas. Suppose it's all about damage limitation. Thanks to everyone who has posted messages of support.
