Gained 4 pounds between Christmas and new year, but got back on track the last few days. Few litres of water and watched the calorie intake each day and it's flushed out the festive indulgences! So, 2017 we'll have to see what we can do about shifting the final stone... Seeing family was mixed. "You look like your old self", "nice to finally have you back". Not sure who they think I've been for the last decade, but I'm trying to focus on the positive and not the negative.

Aren't families great? My father said to a friend at a crimble drinks party "And what do you think of my lovely daughter now she's lost all that weight?". My friend was speechless. You've done amazingly well and should righteously be positive, go get that last few pounds!
