Decided to bite the bullet and weigh in this morning after starting fatscret 15 days ago. Actually, I re-started Atkins a week before that. Thought I'd get on the scale because I was sure I lost at least a couple lbs. My face looks thinner and the pants aren't quite as tight. So, stepped on the scale after no. 1 bathroom and much to my horror I saw that I GAINED 3 lbs. So, here I am today, 3 lbs heavier. What a bummer to say the very least!!

But it could be from anything. Too much salt in your food yesterday, exercising and gaining muscle - - since you haven't been holding yourself accountable on a regular basis, you just don't know! Don't be too discouraged. I would say if you can tell you've lost in your face and your clothes, you've lost! Hang in there.
